Paul Spiegler is an accomplished healthcare marketing and consumer engagement expert responsible for leading Drips’ go-to market strategies for all healthcare solutions serving payers, providers, clinical trials, and medical device companies. His experience in the healthcare industry includes senior leadership roles with Abbott Laboratories and Merkle Inc. In various marketing roles, Paul led the development of customer-centric digital strategies and multi-channel approaches to grow pharmaceutical, CPG, and medical device brand share. He also initiated peer-to-peer speaker bureaus and conducted webinars to promote industry best practices that advance its application within the medical community.

Gaurav began his career in investment banking with Dean Witter in Mergers & Acquisitions in New York and, prior to Health IQ, served in a number of leadership roles at various companies. At Google Inc. he served as Head of Commerce Sales, Emerging Businesses after Google acquired Like.com, where he was Executive Vice President for Sales & Business Development. Other previous roles include Vice President, New Business Development for NexTag, where he led the company’s expansion into mortgage, insurance, travel and other services, and Vice President AOL Products, Partner Platforms at AOL. Gaurav has also held senior business development and operational roles with Veon (sold to Philips Electronics), Comcast Online and Prodigy. David joined the NAIC in March 2015. He is Counsel and Health Policy Advisor and manages the Senior Issues Task Force, which considers and develops insurance policy and regulatory standards that affect older Americans. Prior to the NAIC, David was Chief of Staff and counsel to a U.S. Congressman for 20 years. The Congressman served on the powerful House Ways and Means Committee and was Chairman of the Social Security Subcommittee. David graduated from Tufts University (B.A., International Relations); Cornell Law School (J.D., Specialization in International Legal Affairs); and University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law (LL.M., Taxation and Transactional Business).
Janet Trautwein is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and President of the National Association of Health Underwriters Education Foundation in Washington, D.C. NAHU represents employee benefits professionals involved in the design, implementation and management of health plans all over the United States. Her responsibilities include oversight of all NAHU and NAHU Education Foundation activities including oversight for 30 staff members in Washington, DC and 210 state and local chapters. She is the primary spokesperson for NAHU to the media, government agencies and elected officials at all levels. Arthur Tu has been working with Medicare products for over 15 years. Originally in the Data and Analytics space, he moved into Product Development recently and is now Senior Director of Product Management with ConnectureDRX. In this role he continues to focus on the development of decision support and cost transparency solutions for consumers and agents in the Medicare marketplace.
Paul Tyler serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Nassau where he leads the marketing strategy, direct-to-consumer channel and innovation activity. Paul drives the branding of the insurance companies and affiliated asset management companies. He built a direct-to-consumer channel for Nassau Re. In addition, he launched Nassau Re/Imagine, an Insurtech-focused incubator based in Hartford. Prior to his role at Nassau Financial Group, he worked at Fidelity & Guaranty Life and MetLife in a variety of roles in strategy, marketing, operations, technology, sales, and compliance.
