Yes! We have secured a limited number of discounted rooms at the Fontainebleau for attendees beginning Sunday, April 19th and departing Thursday, April 23rd. You can view hotel options here.

Passes include access to all sessions (including Agent Symposium, ACA Summit, Life & Annuities Forum), expo hall, unlimited 1:1 meetings, breakfast, lunch, three receptions, closing entertainment, and session recordings.

We do not offer digital-only, expo-only or day pass options. Pass holders will receive access to a library of session recordings.

Yes! You can apply for a discounted group pass here on the Registration Page. Within the application you will be able to indicate the number of attendees in the group and whether you will require a meeting space.

The Hosted Agent program is reserved for independent licensed agents/brokers looking to attend sessions led by sponsors. The program is not intended for any organization or individual that is not serving clients / policy holders directly, e.g., IMOs, FMOs, lead generation. The Premium Hosted Agent pass offers additional benefits to the Hosted Agent pass including exclusive lounge access with refreshments, priority seating at plenary and select sessions, private networking function, and concierge registration.

Cancellation/Refund Policy – Requests for full cancellation must be received by Medicarians, LLC in writing PRIOR TO forty-five (45) days before the event date, the “Cutoff Date” and will be subject to a $75 processing fee. Send refund requests to register@medicarians.com. Refunds will not be granted after the Cutoff Date, but the registration may be transferred to a future event. Refunds/Credits will NOT be given to no-shows. All cancellation refunds will be processed within 4 weeks of the completion of the event.

Substitution/Transfer Policy – Registrations may be transferred from one party to another party prior to the week before the event date. Within 72 hours of the event date attendee substitutions cannot be guaranteed. All substitution requests will be processed within 2 business days. Substitutions between ticket types are not allowed, e.g., transferring a speaker pass to another person.
