About ICHRA at Medicarians Vegas 2026

ICHRA (individual coverage health reimbursement arrangement) is increasingly becoming the bridge between employer support and the individual Medicare market. For the 2025 plan year, more than 360,000 U.S. employees were offered ICHRA or similar reimbursement arrangements, with total covered lives (including dependents) estimated between 500,000 and 1 million.

In conjunction with this rise, Medicarians Vegas 2026 will feature dedicated programming and a series of courses designed to educate agents and brokers on this emerging opportunity.
