ICHRA (individual coverage health reimbursement arrangement) is increasingly becoming the bridge between employer support and the individual Medicare market. For the 2025 plan year, more than 360,000 U.S. employees were offered ICHRA or similar reimbursement arrangements, with total covered lives (including dependents) estimated between 500,000 and 1 million.

CE Credit: 1 Hour April 22nd | 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM This course examines how Medicare rules and group health plan regulations intersect in the context of ICHRAs. Participants will explore key compliance considerations for employers, employee eligibility scenarios, and enrollment coordination between Medicare Parts A, B, and D and ICHRA participation. The course also highlights practical strategies for agents across both the group and Medicare markets to collaborate or expand their service offerings.
