Amanda is the owner of Medicare Answers Now in Cleveland, Ohio which is Field Marketing Organization with agents in over 40 states and specializing in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, Part D Plans, and more. She has been working in the Medicare field for over 17 years, working for both Aetna and Anthem. She continues teaching numerous courses across the country on such topics as: Ethics, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and many Continuing Education courses. She was recently awarded “Educator of the Year” by her local state NABIP Chapter. She is also the creator of the Ms. Medicare Conference, which provides an environment for women to network and learn from each other about work/life balance, being a business owner, industry trends and other fundamental skills to help them attain their dreams. She is also the creator of Medicare and Margaritas which is a conference open to ALL agents which focuses on subject deep dives and social networking. Last, Amanda is the partner for the Agent Symposium at the Medicarians: The Future of Senior Health, RetireTech, and AgeTech Conference in Las Vegas. Amanda has been a member for NABIP (National Association of Benefit and Insurance Professionals) since 2007 and held several seats on the Northeast Ohio Chapter board. She is currently serving on the National Media/Communications and Membership Boards. Amanda has returned to the NABIP Medicare Advisory Group which is a select group of leaders from across the country that work directly with CMS and various other legislative organizations to discuss the various concerns and issues facing the agents in our industry.

Mary joined USAA in 2003, having led in various marketing and experience roles across USAA and currently serves on the USAA Life Company General Agency Board. Mary has an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is an honors graduate of Texas Tech University, as well as a graduate of LIMRA/LOMA’s Wharton Strategic Leadership Experience program—Mary was nominated as part of the inaugural class. Mary resides in San Antonio, along with her husband, Bruce, and enjoys spending time with their grown sons, Jake and Zane. As Senior Vice President, Med Solutions, Dwane McFerrin, CLU®, CFP®, RHU®, CLTC®, LLIF, has helped position Senior Market Sales® (SMS) as a market leader selling Medicare Advantage and Part D in addition to Medicare Supplement. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the Medicare product line, carrier relationships and a team of marketing consultants who support sales in excess of 725,000 new business applications into Medicare-related products annually. Dwane has more than 30 years of experience in executive-level positions in the insurance industry. Prior to joining SMS, he was Vice President of Marketing at Mutual of Omaha and a Senior VP of Agency at Physicians Mutual Insurance Company. He has a strong background in the senior market, sales management, association and worksite marketing, client development and lead generation. In 2020 the Omaha Association of Health Underwriters (OAHU) selected Dwane its Underwriter of the Year Award recognizing distinguished service to the association and the industry. McFerrin served as Chair for seven years on NAHU’s Medicare Working Group, served a two-year term on the Omaha AHU Board of Directors and currently serves on NAHU’s mental health task force and prescription drug task force.
